After Mayweather revealed that he has interest on fighting Manny Pacquiao, right after beating Shane Mosley, his father, Floyd Mayweather Sr. expressed some thoughts on the fight between Pacquiao and his son Floyd Mayweather if ever the bout that everyone has been dreaming to see, the Pacquiao vs Mayweather bout would ever push through.

. My suggestion for Mayweather to stop making excuses and making his own rules if he wants to be the number pound for pound boxer in the world. Floyd has to beat Manny Pacquiao to be able to prove himself as the best boxer in the world. His perfect record does not mean that he is the greatest one, because if he is then he wouldn’t yap about olympic BS.

As for Manny, I salute him for not giving into the arrogant Floyd Mayweather Jr’s rules and olympic style whining. Just let the Pacquiao vs Mayweather Push through and the fans would love the sports of boxing more than ever before.
